Acceptance

By downloading, opening, purchasing, or using Fast Goblin, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms shown at purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

For App Store distribution, these Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. For Android distribution, Google Play terms may also apply. If a required platform term conflicts with these Terms, the platform term controls to the extent of the conflict.

What Fast Goblin does

Fast Goblin is a fasting timer, reminder, streak, history, widget, and analytics tool for personal wellness tracking. The app helps you record fasts that you choose to start and end.

Fast Goblin is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nutrition counseling, or emergency services. Fasting is not appropriate for everyone. Talk to a qualified health professional before fasting if you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care, under 18, have a history of disordered eating, diabetes, glucose-management concerns, medication needs, or any health concern.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether fasting is appropriate for you, for entering accurate information, for ending a fast when needed, and for using reminders safely.

Do not ignore hunger, dizziness, illness, medical advice, medication instructions, or emergency symptoms because of anything shown in the app.

Purchases and paid access

Fast Goblin currently offers free access and an optional lifetime Pro purchase. Free access includes the core fasting tracker and limited stats such as streaks. Lifetime Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks paid features such as full history, expanded stats, trends, insights, and other Pro features shown in the app.

The localized price and purchase details shown by Apple, Google, or the store purchase sheet at checkout control your purchase. Apple or Google handles billing, taxes, refunds, payment details, purchase management, and family sharing rules where applicable.

We do not currently sell auto-renewing subscriptions in the app. If you have a legacy store subscription from an earlier Fast Goblin version, it remains managed by the store account where you bought it until cancelled or expired under that store's terms.

We may change free limits, Pro features, prices, offers, and plans for future purchases. Changes do not override mandatory consumer rights or platform purchase terms that apply to you.

Data and privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by the Fast Goblin Privacy Policy. Fast Goblin is designed so fasting history stays on your device unless platform backups, widgets, purchase validation, analytics, diagnostics, or support tools are involved as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting the app or using Delete all app data may remove local fasting data. It does not undo a purchase, cancel a legacy store subscription, or delete records held by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or PostHog.

License and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use Fast Goblin for your own lawful personal use on supported devices you own or control, subject to applicable store rules.

The app, artwork, mascots, interface, code, names, and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, misuse, or bypass payment, access control, or security features except where law expressly allows.

Acceptable use

Do not use Fast Goblin to break laws, harm others, interfere with the service, submit malicious content through feature request emails, impersonate anyone, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or purchase entitlements.

Do not use Fast Goblin as a substitute for professional health judgment or to encourage unsafe fasting behavior for yourself or others.

Third-party services

Fast Goblin may use Apple services, Google services, RevenueCat for purchase and entitlement management, PostHog for privacy-conscious analytics and diagnostics, and email services for support or feature-request messages. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, including App Store or Google Play billing, store account settings, device backup behavior, or third-party outages.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Fast Goblin useful, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or OS version.

We may update, remove, or change features, mascot artwork, notifications, widgets, analytics, paid access, and policies. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to make it noticeable in the app or store listing.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fast Goblin is provided as is and as available, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, medical result, uninterrupted operation, or error-free tracking.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, health-related, data-loss, lost-profit, or lost-opportunity damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under consumer protection, privacy, or other mandatory law.

Governing law and termination

Where permitted, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, while mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region still apply. You may stop using the app at any time, and we may suspend or end access if you materially violate these Terms or if required by law or platform rules.

Sections about purchases already made, privacy, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute rules survive termination where legally allowed.
